Hellebore

Things are finally starting to bloom in the garden.  I've been spoilled by the unseasonable weather - we haven't had snow since mid-march, so I think that everything should be blooming by now - even though it is still very early.  Hellebores are one of my favourite flowers since I can usually find the blossoms whie there is still snow everywhere.  I processed this image with one layer of Kim Klassen's "Little Things" l

Here is an image of a blue hepatica that I planted years ago.  I have several of the white, but have never found another blue one for sale.  I processed this image with Coffee Shop's Orton Action. As always, you can mouse over to see the original image
